MBody Strength hosted the fourth Suburban Warrior Challenge competition on June 20, 2009 in Huntington Beach, California. The event included a 3.25 mile weighted hike, push ups, kettlebell push presses, and the kettlebell figure 8 to hold exercise. Aaron Wolf won the men's competition with a time of 1 hour, 8 minutes, 15 seconds. Ashley Christian won the women's competition with a time of 1 hour, 36 minutes, 15 seconds.
