MBody Plate Vest

Get Strong

From MMA Pros, Air Marshalls and Secret Service Agents to everyday warriors like you and me, this vest will build your strength like no other! See what others had to say about it...

"This vest is awesome. I travel more than most and unfortunately hotel gyms really aren't equipped to accommodate unconventional training.  I just throw the vest in my carry on bag and am set to pull together a good workout using the plates in the hotel gym.  Carrying my bell with me is not practical but the vest does more than keep my workouts challenging.  I finally have a sense of accomplishment when I work out on the road; not just feeling like I am keeping the rust off.  Thanks Marcus!"

-Westley, Federal Air Marshal

"Just wanted to let you know I am really enjoying the weight vest. I pretty much wear it for 80% of my workouts now. I have done training with weight vests before and even purchased one last year. I had started to feel that it was a waste of money because I would go months at a time without wearing it. The first two weeks I wore it a good amount but even with all of the padding it had in the shoulders it would weigh them down so much that it was painful to use and I would limit the amount of times I would use it. Not to mention that in order to keep the vest from shifting I would have to make it tight and it would often hinder breathing capability. With the mbody weight vest I don’t have that issue.
I enjoy the benefits of wearing the weight vest and I actually enjoy wearing it during the kettlebell workouts, depending on what I am doing. I feel that the way the vest is constructed disperses the weight evenly and doesn’t just rely on your shoulders to carry the burden of whatever weight is in it but your entire core. Besides feeling heavier I don’t even realizes that I am wearing it. I have done workouts involving kettlebells, sledgehammers, sprints, conventional weights, and bodyweight. I can definitely feel a difference from workouts using the vest compared to when I don’t and feel that I am definitely benefiting in gaining strength. For example, when I do intervals, I feel that going from the vest to no vest I am able to perform more reps within the prescribed amount of time. I would definitely recommend your vest to anyone who is looking make gains in their workouts."

"Marcus, I love my kettlebell back pack you designed, and once again, you have created another awesome piece of equipment! This is absolutely the best weight vest I have ever trained with!! It zips up the middle and velcro's along the side for a perfect fit! It's the best thing i have found to simulate wearing a load bearing vest. It's super comfortable, and doesn't move when I'm running, swinging kettlebells, or doing bodyweight exercises with it! From the Mbodystrength kettlebells to the Mbodystrength weight vest, your equipment is as reliable as the law enforcement community that trains with them!!
Many thanks and keep up the great work!"

The MBody Strength Philosophy and Way of Life: Athletic Longevity

Orange County Unconventional Kettlebell Training! Here at MBody Strength Headquarters we believe in Athletic Longevity through kettlebell training and all forms of unconventional cardio and conventional fitness. By coaching clients with the most effective and efficient forms of training that not only stimulate strength and endurance but also maximum flexibility and mobility, the client will create Athletic Longevity.

Longevity by definition is simply a long life. Athletes move freely while maintaing strength and conditoning. When one loses the athletic endeavor no matter what the sport, the body tends to decay. With the MBody Strength Ways, Athletic Longevity is the long, satisfying life of the condition of an athlete that can be enhanced throughout their life.

One of the main tools we use at MBody Strength is kettlebell training. While all unconventional training tools have their place in one's strength and fitness, kettlebell training is one of the most effective and efficient.

This also means looking at health as a whole and not just a 12 week program. Yes, you need to start the process but the point of Athletic Longevity is to remain an athlete for life. If it doesn't fit in that model then it doesn't make it the MBody Strength way of life. These muscle building programs won't just help you lose weight and feel great but they will help build you into an athlete!
