Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a bodyweight workout for core strength.

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Equipment: None

Instructions: Complete entire workout as a circuit, resting as little as possible between exercises. Rest 45-60 seconds between circuits.

Core Blaster Bodyweight Circuit Workout:

A1: Hand Walkout to Extended Push Up - 5 x 45 seconds

A2: Split Squat Jump - 5 x 45 seconds

A3: Hop Out - 5 x 45 seconds

A4: Gladiator Hold - 5 x 45 seconds

A5: Butterfly Sit Up - 5 x 45 seconds
