Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a bodyweight workout for core strength.
- Level: Beginner to Advanced
- Equipment: None
- Instructions: Complete entire workout as a circuit, resting as little as possible between exercises. Rest 45-60 seconds between circuits.

- A1: Hand Walkout to Extended Push Up - 5 x 45 seconds
- A2: Split Squat Jump - 5 x 45 seconds
- A3: Hop Out - 5 x 45 seconds
- A4: Gladiator Hold - 5 x 45 seconds
- A5: Butterfly Sit Up - 5 x 45 seconds
