Training Method: Kettlebell & Bodyweight Training

Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a strength and conditioning workout using kettlebells and an open space.

Level: Moderate

Equipment: Kettlebells

Instructions: Complete all sets of each exercise before progressing to the next exercise. Rest 30-60 seconds between exercises and sets.

Dynamic Strength & Conditioning Kettlebell Workout:

A: Overhead Walking Lunge - 4 x 25 yards

B: Tactical Walking Lunge - 3 x 25 yards

C: Overhead Lockout - 3 x 25 yards

D: Seesaw Walk - 2 x 25 yards

E: Spider Walk - 4 x 25 yards
