Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a strength and conditioning workout using kettlebells and an open space.
- Level: Moderate
- Equipment: Kettlebells
- Instructions: Complete all sets of each exercise before progressing to the next exercise. Rest 30-60 seconds between exercises and sets.

- B: Tactical Walking Lunge - 3 x 25 yards
- C: Overhead Lockout - 3 x 25 yards

- E: Spider Walk - 4 x 25 yards
