Here are just a few of the components of MBody Kettlebell Boot Camps:

Joint Mobility Training
Each of the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camps starts with a brief session of joint mobility training. Your ability to move correctly is essential to improving your overall fitness level. Each motion will move you closer to restoring joint mobility, increasing flexibility by reducing excess tension and improving coordination (Not to mention preparing your body for the strenuous physical exertion of each boot camp session).

Kettlebell Training with Proper Form and Technique
MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp trainers emphasize proper form and technique with each and every exercise. They will take the time and energy necessary to focus on your particular weaknesses and help you overcome shortfalls. In addition to helping you burn fat and get stronger, we also want your body to function and move properly; proper technique will help you do that.

Measured Results
The first Monday of each month is Assessment Day. These assessments are useful for setting goals, gauging overall fitness, and tracking progress. MBody Strength utilizes a modified version of the U.S. Army's physical fitness standards, including maximum push ups, maximum sit ups, and maximum kettlebell snatches.

High Intensity Training
MBody Strength Boot Camps involve both High Intensity Training and Interval Training to maximize the efficiency of your time spent working out. These training methods involve high intensity bursts of exercise, meaning rapid gains in strength, endurance, and fat loss for you.

Ongoing Motivation
Motivation is one of the biggest factors in whether or not you reach your fitness goals. During the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp, you'll be continuously motivated through boot camp trainers that are constantly aware of your changing needs. The constant interaction with other boot camp participants will also help you keep motivated through either competition or teamwork.

Personal Attention and Customization
MBody Strength Boot Camp trainers will use the information gleaned from your monthly assessment to keep an eye on your progress. In addition, each session will provide boot camp trainers with information regarding your form, technique, and fitness level, all of which will be used to provide a more challenging and efficient workout.

Constant Variation and Challenges
The MBody Kettlebell Bboot Camp using a variety of methods to get you into shape. While kettlebell training is emphasized, MBody Strength boot camp trainers will also use other training methods, including sandbags, battle ropes, bodyweight, and more to get you into the best shape possible, allowing you to burn fat, get stronger, and build endurance faster than ever before.

Nutritional Guidelines
When you sign up for the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp, you'll be provided with a Nutrition Plan and tracking journal. The plan will give you vital information to improve your diet.

Where is the Kettlebell Boot Camp?

Unlike most boot camps, we have our own gym! The MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp is located at the MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym in Brea, California. No need to worry about cold weather and rain any more!

What types of training methods are involved?

The MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp utilizes different forms of unconventional training methods with a primary focus on kettlebell training. We also use sandbag training, bodyweight training, and club training. Our goal is to utilize the most efficient and effective training methods for sculpting your body and boosting your strength and endurance to extreme levels while burning fat!

Who should try the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp?

The MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp is designed for ALL fitness levels. Thanks to our close attention to each boot camp participant, we can carefully modify your boot camp workout to your current fitness level. Too easy? No problem! We will vary the intensity and exercises to make your workout more challenging.

New to fitness? No problem! We'll give you slightly easier exercises until you're ready to step it up. We've trained a variety of people, from fitness newbies to soldiers and athletes.

How long are MBody Boot Camp workouts?

Boot camp workouts last from 30 to 45 minutes depending on intensity. With a 5 to 10 minute joint mobility warm up and cool down, the entire class takes about 50 to 60 minutes.

What kind of results can I expect?

Our main focus is to have you perform at optimal levels while burning fat and toning your entire body. That means you WILL be stronger and you WILL have unlimited amounts of endurance for whatever life throws at you.

How soon will I see results?

With a consistent training regimen and proper diet, you will start noticing changes in as little as two weeks! Continue that effort and within a few months you won't even recognize yourself!

How often do I need to come?

We recommend a minimum of 3 times per week for great results, however, for those who are already in great shape, 4 to 5 days would be optimal.

What is a typical MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp session like?

A typical session includes joint mobility, strength training, and cardio work. You will be pushed during every boot camp workout. We find your limit and make you toe the line.

This boot camp is not for the weak of heart. We utilize timed sets, circuit training, interval training, and much more! One thing is for sure, you will be sweating after EVERY boot camp workout.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for limited 4-week sessions that include either 3 or 5 sessions per week. These plans include the workouts, a nutrition plan, before and after evaluations, and unlimited support from MBody trainers.

We also offer unlimited MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp Membership for a discounted monthly rate. The more classes you come to, the cheaper they are!

What do I get when I register?

We are all about results. That's why you won't just get a good sweat at MBody Strength, you will also receive nutritional support and guidance to help you achieve maximal results. We will help customize a plan specifically for you.

The body measurements and tracking include body fat, weight, and other measurements. Performance assessments include max push ups, max sit ups, and the Snatch Test.

What if I've never worked out before?

We take pride in giving the best possible workout to our boot campers every time. No matter what your fitness level is you will be challenged!

Do I need any equipment?

We provide all equipment you will need during the bootcamps. We even give you the option to purchase kettlebells and other piece of equipment for your off-day training!

How is this different from other boot camps?

The MKBC is a high intensity boot camp that utilizes the best tools for the job of turning you in the a fat-burning, muscle building machine. Results are at the highest priority for us, but not above proper form and safety. So many times we have heard horror stories of trainers and bootcamps simply handing their trainees a weight and tell them to go. You will not only get training from experienced coaching but you will also be watched like a hawk to make sure you perform each exercise with 100% perfect form.
