The Suburban Warrior Challenge is an intense competition that requires strength and stamina for both hiking and heavy kettlebell exercises. The SWC Preparation Plan will help you build the strength and endurance you need to complete the challenge, and hopefully win.

Fitness Level:
Beginner to Advanced

Required Equipment:
Men: 24kg (53lb), 32kg (70lb) Kettlebells
Women: 8kg (18lb), 16kg (35lb) Kettlebells
Weight Vest or Backpack w/Weights
Timer

Fitness Plan Time Period:
4 Weeks
