Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a Kettlebell & Bodyweight Conditioning Workout.
- Level: Advanced
- Equipment: Kettlebells
- Instructions: Complete all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next exercise. Rest 30-45 seconds between sets/exercises.

- A: Kip Up to Burpee - 4 x 15-20
- B: Clean & Push Press - 4 x 15-20
- C: Handstand Push Up (Wall Assist) - 4 x 10-15
- D: Double Kettlebell Swing - 4 x 15-20
- E: Alternating Lunge (Back & Forth) - 4 x 15-20
