Training Method: Kettlebell & Bodyweight Training

Description:Mark de Grasse of MBody Strength demonstrates a Kettlebell & Bodyweight Conditioning Workout.

Level: Advanced

Equipment: Kettlebells

Instructions: Complete all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next exercise. Rest 30-45 seconds between sets/exercises.

Kettlebell & Bodyweight Conditioning Workout:

A: Kip Up to Burpee - 4 x 15-20

B: Clean & Push Press - 4 x 15-20

C: Handstand Push Up (Wall Assist) - 4 x 10-15

D: Double Kettlebell Swing - 4 x 15-20

E: Alternating Lunge (Back & Forth) - 4 x 15-20
