Description:Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength demonstrates an intense kettlebell workout for strength using two 53lb (24kg) kettlebells, pull up bar, and jump rope.

Level: Advanced

Equipment: Kettlebells (2), Pull Up Bar, Jump Rope

Instructions: Perform exercises as a non-stop circuit. Only rest in between the circuits, no rest in between the exercises.

A1: Renegade Rows (5 Reps Each Arm)

A2: Double Swing (5 Reps)

A3: Double Snatch (5 Reps)

A4: Double Clean & Press (5 Reps)

A5: Double Squat (5 Reps)

A6: Pull Up Variations (4 Reps)

B: Active Recovery: Jump Rope (60 Seconds)
