Description: Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength demonstrates an intense kettlebell workout for strength using two 53lb (24kg) kettlebells, pull up bar, and jump rope.

Equipment: Kettlebells (2) , Pull Up Bar , Jump Rope
Instructions: Perform exercises as a non-stop circuit. Only rest in between the circuits, no rest in between the exercises.

B: Active Recovery: Jump Rope (60 Seconds)
