Training Method: Kettlebell Training

Description:Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength demonstrates a Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning Ladder Workout.

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Equipment: Kettlebells

Instructions: Complete all sets of set 'A', resting 45-60 seconds between sets. Alternating ladders for set 'B' (1 Front then 1 Renegade Row each arm, 2 Front Squats then 2 Renegade Rows each arm, etc.), rest 45-60 seconds between sets. Finish with set 'C', resting 30-45 seconds between sets.

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning Ladder Workout:

A: Double Clean and Press - 5 x 1 to 10 Ladder

B1: Front Squat - 5 x 1 to 5 Ladder

B2: Renegade Rows - 5 x 1 to 5 each arm Ladder

C: Alternating Kettlebell Swings - 4 x 20
