Swing (1-Hand)

1-Handed Kettlebell Swing Exercise Steps:

1) Position the kettlebell about a foot in front of you

2) Grab the kettlebell with one hand, bending your hips with a slight bend in your knees

3) Keep your back straight and your glutes tight throughout the duration

4) Pick up the kettlebell slightly letting it swing between your legs and then swing the bell forward to about chest level, using a hip-snapping motion

5) Let the bell drop without any restriction and hike it between your legs

6) Keep your heels down and your core tight throughout the duration

7) Repeat
