- 1-Handed Kettlebell Swing Exercise Steps:
- 1) Position the kettlebell about a foot in front of you
- 2) Grab the kettlebell with one hand, bending your hips with a slight bend in your knees
- 3) Keep your back straight and your glutes tight throughout the duration
- 4) Pick up the kettlebell slightly letting it swing between your legs and then swing the bell forward to about chest level, using a hip-snapping motion
- 5) Let the bell drop without any restriction and hike it between your legs
- 6) Keep your heels down and your core tight throughout the duration
- 7) Repeat
