Training Method: Kettlebells

Description:This is an excellent workout with lots of variation to keep your body moving. It's simple, get a deck of playing cards and assign an exercise to each suit. When you pull a card, do the exercise assigned to the suit and the number of reps specified on the card (15 reps for face cards and your choice for Jokers).

When you assign exercises, make sure they involve two hands; if you use one handed exercises, you won't get the same amount of reps on each arm. Set your timer for 10 to 30 minutes and pull as many cards as you can during the workout!

Level: Beginner to Advanced

Equipment: 1 Medium Kettlebell and a set of Playing Cards

Circuits: As many as possible in 10 to 30 minutes

Rest: Minimal between each playing card pulled

Exercises:

Diamonds: Jump Squats

Hearts: Kettlebell Halos

Clubs: Burpees

Spades: Kettlebell Swings (2-Handed)
