Get ready to celebrate MBody Strength's expansion with games, prizes, demonstrations, and free stuff! The expanded facility is larger and in-charger. MBody Strength will be giving away a variety of fitness equipment and gear in the prize raffles, including t-shirts, weight vests, stainless steel water bottles, gym rings, jump ropes, pull up bars, and other items. Anyone who attends the grand opening can participate in the raffles free of charge.

MBody Strength will be giving away a variety of fitness equipment and gear in the prize raffles, including t-shirts, weight vests, stainless steel water bottles, gym rings, jump ropes, pull up bars, and other items. Anyone who attends the grand opening can participate in the raffles free of charge.
Strength Contests will also be held with similar prizes for the winners. The strength contests will involve maximum pull ups, weighted pull ups, and heavy presses.
MBody Strength trainers will be onsite during the event demonstrating different exercises using a variety of unconventional training equipment, including kettlebells, Clubbells, pull up bars, sledgehammers, climbing ropes, gym rings, sandbags, and macebells.
The company will be hosting a variety of fitness services at the new kettlebell gym, including boot camps Monday through Saturday, kettlebell seminars, and personal training.
