The Suburban Warrior Challenge IV kettlebell competition will test the strength and conditioning of anyone. The competition will involve weighted hiking and exercise stations.

The exercise stations will be distributed evenly along the 3.2 mile hiking course. The exercises will include the kettlebell Figure 8 to Hold exercise, kettlebell push press, and push ups.

There will be two divisions for this competition, the Men's Division and the Women's Division. The Men's Division will carry a 53lb kettlebell in the weighted hiking backpack and an 18lb kettlebell in their hands. The Women's Division will carry a 26lb kettlebell in a weighted hiking backpack and a 9lb kettlebell in their hands.

This is a timed competition. Participants may take as much time as necessary to complete the competition and will be monitored throughout.
