I train in martial arts and spar 3 rounds of 5 minutes. For anyone that has sparred or fought before this is a grueling task. Training in kettlebells has immensely helped me in developing crazy grip strength and endurance which is a much needed asset for clinch fighting and bjj. I was introduced to MBody Strength through a friend and they literally changed my life. After my first workout I was exhausted. About six months ao, I joined the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp to change it up and since then, I have seen tremendous improvement in my strength and endurance.
