October 1st: Saturday
Today is the first of the month. Time to line my ducks in a row and make sure I’m still on target with my goals. My goals have changed slightly with more of an emphasis on strength and muscle gain while minimizing my fat storages:) I am teaming up with the guys at HPN to put together an kick ass plan involving some more traditional lifting along with my good ol’ unconventional stuff to create a super athlete! I will be posting a more detailed log along with my intermittent fasting adventures.
